At the 2016 Natural Living Expo she was the Featured Musical Artist Event with her Gongs & Himalayan Singing Bowls, to over 300 attendees. For the past year and a half, she has lead monthly healing meditations for cancer patients and their families and friends, through Hartford Hospitals Integrative Medicine Department. As of March 2017, she is there twice a month; both with Gongs & Himalayan Singing Bowls and then with a full spread of purely Crystal Singing Bowls. In addition, she teaches Reiki Training Levels I, II, and III Master/Teacher classes through Hartford Hospital’s Integrative Medicine Department and private practice. She also lectured and lead meditations at St. Francis/ Mt. Sinai Hospital in Hartford through the Good Works program. She also performs at Concord Hospital’s Integrative Department in Concord, NH. Most recently she recorded and released 5 Sound Healing CD’s.
As a Reiki Facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner, Ms. Gale offers her services for private sessions at her office location in Wallingford, CT., as well as various locations throughout Connecticut: Branford, East Hartford, Niantic and Bozrah. In Massachusetts, she offers her services in her home in Stow. Most recently she offers Crystal Bed Light Therapy. Unlike most Crystal Bed Healing practices, rather than recorded music through headphones, Ms. Gale plays her Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls surrounding the client in sound vibration during the entire session. In combination, Crystals, Sound and Reiki enter into the healing equation from several directions, targeting the body in a variety of ways to heal, balance, reduce pain, release tension and stress, restore feelings of well-being along with feelings of peace, joy, confidence, more energy and clarity of thought. Ms. Gale is herself a recipient of the powerful healing capabilities of sound vibration having beaten and survived cancer in 2014 without the need of chemotherapy or any other treatments, baffling doctors and surgeons alike.
A graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music, she retired in 2004 from a 30 year distinguished operatic career throughout the United States and Europe, to focus on teaching and studying holistic healing arts. Currently for the past 25 years, she has been on the voice faculty of Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT, where she also instructed the Opera/Oratorio Ensemble workshop for 11 years, mounting the first opera production in the history of the University. She is also a member of the voice faculty at the Pomfret School in Pomfret, CT., and teaches Music History at Middlesex Community College, Middletown, CT., while maintaining a private voice and piano studio in her home in Stow, Massachusetts.
